Child Safety Standards

Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: October 24, 2025

At Glimmex, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to keeping Glim a safe, respectful, and lawful platform for all users. These Child Safety Standards outline our zero-tolerance policy for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), as required by Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws.

  1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit any activity, communication, or content within Glim that involves or promotes:
• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including any visual, audio, or text representation of a minor in a sexually explicit context
• Sexualization or grooming of minors
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to any CSAM or exploitative material
• Any conduct that endangers or harms children, either online or offline

Any confirmed violation of these standards will result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

  1. Detection and Moderation

We use a combination of automated tools, manual review, and community reporting to identify and remove content or behavior that violates our child safety rules.
Our moderation team reviews flagged content promptly, typically within 24 hours, and may preserve evidence as required by law to cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

  1. Reporting In-App

You can report suspicious or harmful content directly inside the app using the “Report” feature available on every Capsule or Comment.
When submitting a report, choose the option that best describes the violation, including:
• Violence or threats
• Harassment or abuse
• Pornography or sexually explicit material
• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Any illegal or dangerous activity

Reports related to CSAE or CSAM are treated with the highest priority and reviewed immediately by our internal Safety Team.

  1. External Reporting and Contact

If you believe a user or content on Glim involves child exploitation, CSAE, or CSAM, please contact us directly at:
echo@glim.space

Include links, usernames, and any relevant details.
Reports sent to this address are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours by our Safety and Compliance Team.

  1. Cooperation With Authorities

We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and organizations such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions.
All verified CSAE or CSAM cases are immediately escalated and reported according to applicable child protection laws.

  1. Education and Awareness

We encourage all users to stay informed about online safety.
