1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Glim grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the App available to third parties.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Glim is a mobile application available for iOS and Android devices designed to enhance note-taking and social interaction. Users can create spaces for personal use or group collaboration, where they can add notes, photos, surveys, links, drawings, and files, with the option for others within the space to comment and react.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
To access certain features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
4. USER CONTENT & CONDUCT
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, post, or share in the App. You agree not to submit content that:
• Is illegal, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any code that could interfere with the App's functionality.
• Violates any laws or encourages others to do so.
We have a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or terminate accounts engaging in such behavior at our discretion.
5. PERMISSIONS & SPACES
Each space created in the App has customizable permission levels, determining the actions available to users within that space, such as viewing, commenting, and making changes to content. It is the responsibility of the space creator to manage these permissions.
6. FREE & PAID FEATURES
The App offers both free and premium features. Free access is available with certain limitations, while additional functionalities are available through In-App Purchases. All payments for premium features are final and non-refundable.
7. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
User data is encrypted to ensure security. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to circumvent security measures. Users are responsible for the data they share and with whom they choose to share it.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate this Agreement or engage in behavior detrimental to the App's community or security.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and content, belong to Glim or its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
• We are not liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the App.
11. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Monterrey, Mexico. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Monterrey, Mexico.
